Rock Development Group doesn’t just develop buildings−we develop communities.

We are committed to working with authorities to ensure our developments have minimal environmental and community impact during the construction phase. And we ensure positive outcomes for both the community and the environment upon completion.

Our relationship with the community does not end with a development’s completion. We continue to give back to the community in multiple ways - through community fun days, charity events, education initiatives and environmentally focussed activities.

Rock’s absolute commitment to the wider community has been extended through the Tom Efkarpidis Foundation – established in late 2006 as a tribute to the founder of the business, father, grandfather and constant inspiration to the Rock management team and their families.

The Foundation is a prescribed private fund dedicated to helping children with illnesses and not-for-profit organisations that assist youth in need within the Canberra community.
